SUNWAY uses the name, contact details, company and technical requirements you submit to respond to inquiries, quotations, document requests and sample discussions. Do not send passwords, payment information or unnecessary sensitive information through the inquiry form.

Storage and service providers

Inquiries are stored in the website’s server-side database. Email notifications are sent through FormSubmit or a configured transactional-email service. Hosting, database and email providers process the information needed for this workflow. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. SUNWAY does not sell inquiry details and uses them for business responses and necessary record keeping.

Browser storage and abuse prevention

Session storage remembers request references and helps prevent duplicate submissions. Limited abuse-prevention data protects the form. The website does not currently load advertising trackers or third-party chat.
